Refund Process

Exchanges

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@sankafashionandshop.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
